Delivery Costs

Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail First Class delivery service (estimate 1-2 working days) as standard.

Our current postage and packaging rates per order are: 

  • UK - £2.95

  • Europe - £7.50 

  • Rest of the World - £8.75

Free Local Collection available in Maidenhead, UK - Please Enquire

Your product will come lovingly gift wrapped and can include a gift note if requested.

Packaging Information

We are striving to run a business in a way that is as sustainable as possible for our planet’s future and so all of our packaging is fully recyclable or compostable. 


The clear display bag that your unframed print comes in is made from potato starch and is both biodegradable and compostable. It should be disposed of in your food waste or home composting along with the washi tape used to secure the packaging. Please do not put this in your home recycling. If you are unable to dispose of it as food waste then please don’t worry, it will still biodegrade in landfill. 


The backing card, tissue paper and wrapping paper are both recycled and recyclable. 

The envelope for unframed prints, paper stickers, and the box and packaging material used in delivering framed prints are recyclable.


Currently the branded stickers and envelopes for unframed prints are not recyclable and we are prioritising sourcing alternatives to these that will be fully recyclable.

Delivery Times

All items are handmade to order, and take 2-3 weeks to make and ship. This could take longer during peak times, you will always be alerted to this before placing your order. If you need something sooner then please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

If three weeks has passed since you placed your order and you have not received it, then please contact us immediately so we can track the status of your item.

Please note that proof of postage and a tracking number is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost, Royal Mail advise that 10 days must pass after the item's due date before this item is considered lost. 

Once this time has passed a replacement item will be sent to you. A refund will not be issued for items lost in the post. 

Return and Refund Policy

Sometimes you just order something and change your mind, and that is okay. All we ask is that if you decide to return something for a refund the following conditions are met: 

  • Please contact us first to discuss a return, either via email at hello@mittyandwilf.co.uk or through our website contact form.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • All items must be returned in an unused, saleable, condition within 30 days of first receiving them. 

  • Please note that unfortunately custom or personalised items cannot be returned and refunded.
